Drew has been a participant in "the Strategy" since 1998.
Drew provides a career of customer service experience. Responsibilities focus on maintaining and developing relationships for the firm. Drew prides himself on customer satisfaction and believes that honesty and integrity are the keys to successful long term relationships.
Drew graduated with a BS from Texas State University, 1996.
Before joining the Swan Consulting, Inc. team he developed his skills as a sales & customer service executive with fortune 50 organizations and large private companies.
Floyd Bates

Research & Development
Floyd has 10 years in the stock, futures, and options markets specializing in non-directional trading.
Floyd brings strong analytical and programming skills to Swan Consulting. Primary duties are research and development of "the Strategy," as well as optimization of the company’s technical and statistical models.
Floyd graduated from Texas A&M in 1998 earning a petroleum engineering degree.
For the past 10 years Floyd has been a petroleum engineer working for 2 of the top 3 multi-national oil and gas E&P companies.
Randall W. Swan, CPA

President
Randy has 20+ years experience in the stock and options market. His experience and drive for perfection allows him to get the most he can from the resources available. His attention to detail and conservtive approach to financial success are what drives him. He has developed "the Strategy" and process to minimize risk and maximize profits.
Randy graduated from the University of Texas in Austin 1990 with a BBA and MPA.
Before starting Swan Consulting, Inc., Randy retired at age 29 from KPMG in Houston, TX as a Senior Manager. He spent 7 years with KPMG in the financial services group specializing in tax consulting.
Robert Swan

Operations
Rob Swan joined the Swan Consulting team in late 2009. His primary responsibility involves managing and implementing "the Strategy”. Specifically this includes investment management and trading as well as development and maintenance of proprietary computer modeling. Rob is also responsible for analysis and documentation of trading models, performance standards, and strategies for internal “Strategy” maintenance and benchmark competitive analysis.
Rob has very strong analytical, technical, and computing skills which have been developed and applied over 22 years in production software development, computer automation, process design & standardization, business & technical process modeling, and aerodynamics engineering. Specific positions have ranged from flight test engineering and computer aided design software development at the Boeing Company to Director of Operations and part owner of the leading web service automation provider for custom brochure and catalog publishing (Object Publisher Web Services).
Rob graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1989 on the Deans List with an Aerodynamics Engineering degree.
Rob’s outside interests include mountain biking, fishing, skiing, scuba diving, and sailing. Rob took a 1-year sabbatical with his wife, Michelle, to sail their 40’ boat from Seattle to Mexico, across to French Polynesia, up to Hawaii and back to Seattle. Rob now understands why man invented airplanes. Rob and Michelle now spend time trying to keep up with their 2 young boys; Jackson (11) & Austin (7) who are quite a bit faster than their sailboat.
